The investment in Charles Monat Associates reinforces the firm’s long-term strategy and market potential as a strong growth business with its dedicated client-focus model. This is set to position Apollo’s hybrid business as a growth partner – no changes will be made to the control, governance or branding of Charles Monat Associates, and the current management team will continue to lead the business.

The transaction was supported by Rothschild & Co, as exclusive financial adviser, and Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, as legal adviser to Charles Monat Associates. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel to the Apollo Funds. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
